The Daisy paper flower is a handmade crepe flower.
The flower is designed in collaboration with the artist Kristina Sørensen from Labdecor and is part of a collection of 4 models in 8 different colours from Studio About. It is made of dyed burgundy crepe paper but is also found in light purple.
USE DAISY PAPER FLOWERS IN YOUR DECORATION
Use the paper flowers individually or put them together into bouquets. You can use your paper flowers the same way you would use the natural flower. The difference is that your paper flower lasts forever and does not need water. If you choose to combine your paper flower with ordinary flowers, remember to protect the part of the flower that is in water.
Crepe paper flowers are also beautiful as part of your own styling and perfect as a gift for someone you care about.
USE THE FLOWERS CREATIVELY
In addition to the decorative properties of paper flowers, they are also both versatile and long-lasting. We have gathered some inspiration on how to use the paper flowers in different ways - either in your decor, on the table or as accessories. And if the urge for renewal arises, the flowers can be reused in new creative projects.
Wrap the paper flower around your napkin and serve a plateful of flower happiness to your guests.
Mix paper flowers with fresh flowers (but remember to protect the paper stalk from water).
Use the paper flowers as a colourful eye-catcher in a dried bouquet.
Treat your girlfriend to a stalk or two as a hostess gift.
Decorate your gifts with a paper flower.
Lay them on the table as part of your table setting.
Make beautiful candle cuffs for decoration for a candle.
The paper flowers have a flexible stem, and therefore fit in both small and large vases - bend the stem a few times and use it in a small Standing Bubble or leave it in all its glory in the tall cylinder vase Flower Tube.
WHEN YOU UNPACK YOUR FLOWERS
The fine paper flowers are delivered in a small paper tube that protects the flower when you are not using it. You decide the look of your flower. Should it be completely sprouted or a bud?
Follow these 3 steps to unfold it completely:
Carefully grab the flower head in the box and pull it out.
Spread the petals of the flower.
To create more volume, you can gently pull your thumb in the centre of a petal, making them more curved.
