TABLEWARE is the newest collection from Studio About and consists of coloured wineglasses and water glasses as well as the ceramic set CLAYWARE in different colour combinations. This dinner plate is in the colour IVORY/YELLOW and has a two-coloured glazing so that the outer part is ivory and the centre of the plate is in a pastel yellow colour. The ceramic plate is designed by Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen and comes in a set of two.
A PASTEL YELLOW TOUCH TO THE TABLE
The plate is a beautiful alternative to the classic white plate: its stylish design makes it perfect for the minimalistic home but the pastel yellow colour adds life to the plate and gives it a subtle twist, which makes it inviting and modern. Thus, it is the perfect plate for both a classic and Nordic home as well as being decorative in a home with many colours and different aesthetics. You can collect the complete ceramic set in the same colour from the CLAYWARE collection to create a consistent look but you can also combine the ceramic plate with other colours or materials such as coloured glass to create contrasts and plays of colours in your table arrangement.
The delicate colour combination makes the ceramic plate harmonic and elegant in its expression and enhances the vibrant colours of the food in an appetising way. The plate is perfect with its large surface and raised edge to make lovely and inviting food platings. You can use it for larger meals or as a smaller serving tray for fruits or cakes.
The ceramic plate can easily be cleaned with warm water and soap but is also suitable for dishwasher, as well as microwave and freezer. It is not oven safe. The plate is fully glazed to maintain its delicate yellow colour and is food safe, including acid.
The ceramic plate is available in the colours SAND/GREY, TERRACOTTA/BLUE and TERRAOTTA/ RED and is also available as bowls and cups.
