Do your walls also call for art with character? And do you want to support the many talented Danish artists who create fantastic works in each of their artistic corners?

We love homes with personality and room to experiment, which is why we're also happy to share some inspiration for something we love the most - handmade art created by amazingly talented ladies!

1. PAPERCLIP / LITTLE DETROIT

Christine Brage is behind the profile Little Detroit, where she sells unique papercuts - all cut by hand in a completely free process, where the hand is allowed to work intuitively across the paper.

It clearly shines through that Christine loves to experiment with patterns, shapes and colors that come to life in both graphic and organic papercuts. She has a clear vision for each of her works, and we love that something so detailed can have such a simple and stylish expression.

PAPER WORKS / OFFICE BANANA

Designer and artist Anna Nydam is behind Office Banana, where you can experience paper cuts and watercolors in a beautiful combination. Anna creates unique blooming works where she plays with volume and composition.

We are very impressed by Anna's creative process and very special folding technique, and we love that the eye is allowed to explore the many beautiful surfaces and color shades.

Would you like your own Office banana work? Anna makes works to order and we can only encourage you to check out her amazing work. Here Anna has designed a clip for our new frame series FRAMELESS.

PAPER FLOWERS / KRISTINA SØRENSEN

If you love paper flowers, you may have already come across Kristina's beautiful crepe paper flowers. Kristina works every day to create unique paper flowers and give them life and character with colors, shapes and decorations. It is a huge experience to follow Kristina on Instagram, because she is a collector with a capital S - she loves ceramics, crafts and everything creative. Kristina is also the designer behind our PAPERFLOWERS collections, where you will find Dahlia, Clematis, Poppies and many more.

For the launch of our frame collection FRAMELESS, Kristina has created a guide to a "pressed" paper flower. If you want to make your own, read along here where Kristina guides you through the process.

HANDMADE COLLAGES / NAJA TOLSING

Naja Tolsing is a graphic designer, architect and artist. She creates unique collages and digital prints in limited editions. Each collage is a small story in itself, and we love that Naja with simple silhouettes manages to create very expressive small works.

We are drawn to Naja's exuberant and quirky imagination and not least her play with proportions, where she often creates something completely unexpected. Naja uses magazines as material for her works, which therefore also often reflect something that is up to date - colours, patchwork, interiors, which she puts together in new compositions.

Often you will also find small limited edition collections with handmade decorations in fabric or paper, which can be used all year round - both on the wall and as decorations on a small branch.

If you are into Do-It-Yourself projects, lots of creativity and colours, we would definitely recommend you follow Lisbeth.

Here you see small wickerwork which can be used in a transparent frame or a recycled frame painted in a nice colour. You can find the DIY kit at papirpynt.dk.

FRAME YOUR ART IN TRANSPARENT FRAMES

The picture frame has really come into focus in the decor, and it has gone from being a neutral background for your art to being part of the work itself. And we love that the frame can have such a big effect on the experience of the art, and that there is room to play with colors and passepartout.

In our new collection FRAMELESS, we have been inspired by the good old changing frame with clips, where the glass goes all the way to the edge and gives full focus to the work. In the collection you will find a series of transparent frames in colored acrylic, where the colored back provides a beautiful and discreet passepartout around your art. The collection invites you to open the creative floodgates and work with collages, photos and works of art in abstract forms and in new hangings where transparency is exploited.

The acrylic frames are available in 7 colors and sizes A5, A4, A3, A2, 50x70 and a circular shape.
