Cool mornings, the beginning golden colors of nature and fuzzy knit sweaters are sure signs that autumn has announced its arrival. And with the change of season, there is often a natural urge to bring extra coziness indoors - both in the decor with candlelight and autumn's warm colors, but also in the kitchen, where we meet over delicious simmering dishes and a good red wine as darkness falls outside.

And if you're one of those who enjoy being a little extra fussy for your guests, here's some inspiration for the autumn table setting, where we've gone all in on coziness and a relaxed atmosphere. We bet that a delicious table setting is the perfect starting point for a lot of conversation and good stories across the table.

4 TIPS FOR AUTUMN TABLE SETTING

You don't have to cover the table with pumpkins to give the table an autumn atmosphere. A simple tip is to let autumn's golden hues reappear in the table setting - this can be both in frames, flowers and table decorations. Here you will get some tips for creating an atmospheric table.

1. USE BURNT & WARM COLORS IN THE TABLE COVER
We have found the dark color palette for this autumn table, where the burgundy and deep brownish and orange shades provide just the right autumn atmosphere. As a contrast to the warm colours, we have used paper flowers in a bright red color in the bouquet. When planning your table, start with one color and combine different shades of the same color. It gives a nice overall impression and it is easy to add a little contrast in the form of a flower or colored lights.

2. CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE WITH VIVID LIGHTS
It is difficult to find anything more atmospheric than candlelight on the table. Here we have set the table with our new candle holder LINK. The candlestick is made of aluminum and is available in 4 variants - glossy silver, matt silver, matt gold and black. And it is obvious to play a little with the look of the candlestick - it can be combined in different metals, it can be built up in height or it can snake along the table. We have added yellow glass candles , which provide a beautiful play of color on the table and underline the golden theme. It is of course also obvious to use the stand with the popular colored candles of the time. See all variants of the LINK candlestick here.

3. MAKE "PORTION FLOWERS" FOR EACH GUEST
If you lack ideas for table decorations, here is a nice and slightly different idea for portioned flowers. The decorations are made from half oasis balls that have been allowed to absorb water. After this, we stuck small stems of flowers into the oasis. Place the small decoration on a jam lid so that your guests can easily move it when they get hungry.

4. MAKE A BIG & DELICIOUS AUTUMN BOUQUET
A bouquet always gives the table setting that extra little flair. If you want an alternative to the traditional tied bouquets, it is both easy and beautiful to collect your favorites in a bouquet. Here we have used the Bubble Tube vase , which is a perfect match for a large loose bouquet, where it all looks a bit random. Let yourself be inspired by the colors of nature, and feel free to bring a bit of the garden or forest indoors.
