TABLEWARE is the new collection from Studio About, which consists of coloured wine- and water glasses and a ceramic set. This ceramic cup is part of the ceramic set CLAYWARE and is in the colour SAND/GREY. The cup is partially glazed in such a way that the raw clay is kept on the outside whereas the inside of the cup is glazed in a lovely, grey colour. The ceramic cup comes in a set of two and can be used for coffee, tea or other delicious drinks.
The cup has a simple and elegant design with a smooth surface and a smaller base. This gives the cup a light and airy look. The sand-coloured outer part and the grey inner part of the cup create a beautiful and stylish colour combination, which will add an elegant touch to a classic and minimalistic home. You can also style the cup with strong colours; combine for instance the cup with other parts of our CLAYWARE dinner set in different colours to create a lively and colourful table arrangement.
Ceramic is a classic material for dinner sets and will always give you a lovely feel and sense of luxury and fine craftsmanship. With its simple design and delicate base, the cup will be a beautiful and timeless stable in your personal cup collection.
The cup is easily cleaned with warm water and soap. It is also dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. It is not suitable for oven use. The cup is made from natural clay, which means that the unglazed parts will get traces of usage over time. This is part of the design and will only give the cup character. The ceramic is food safe, including acid.
The ceramic cup is available in the colours TERRACOTTA/RED, IVORY/LIGHT YELLOW and TERRAOTTA/ LIGHT BLUE and is also available as plates and bowls.
