The paperflower chrysanthemum is handmade from crepe paper in a nude colour.

The flower is designed in collaboration with the artist Kristina Sørensen from Labdecor and is a part of the third collection of paper flowers from Studio About. This variant is also found in the colour dark ochre.

USE PAPER FLOWERS FOR YOUR INTERIOR DECORATION

You can use our paper flowers as single or combine them as a bouquet. You can use them in the same way as you would use a regular flower. The difference is that your paper flower will last (essentially) forever and will never need water. If you choose to combine your paper flowers with regular flowers, remember to protect the paper flowers from the water.

UNPACKING YOUR PAPER FLOWER

The paper flowers from Studio About are handmade and gently folded in a small box. When you receive the flower, you need to unfold the leaves yourself. You can choose whether the flower should be fully open or slightly more closed.

The crepe paper is also easily shaped and if you gently rub the thumb into a leaf, you can give the leaf a slight rounding. This way you can give your flowers a personal look and they will be livelier and truer to nature.

Follow these 3 steps to unfold it completely:

• Carefully grab the flower head down in the box and pull it out.
• Spread the petals of the flower.
• To create more fullness, you can gently pull your thumb in the centre of a petal, making them more curved.
