The TABLEWARE collection is the newest collection from Studio About, and consists of coloured water- and wineglasses as well as a ceramic set. This lunch plate is part of the ceramic set CLAYWARE and is in the colour SAND/GREY. The plate is partially glazed so that the clay is raw on the outside and the inside is glazed with a grey glaze. This creates a naked and luxurious look, as well as it gives a special tactile feeling as you use it. The bowl comes in a set of two and is therefore the perfect housewarming gift or hostess gift.
The plate has a stylish and elegant design with a flat surface and a small lip edge. The sand-coloured, raw clay and the grey glaze give the plate a luxurious look. The ceramic creates the sense of fine craftsmanship and high quality, which makes the plate timeless and exquisite. The plate is the perfect plate for a minimalistic and classic home with its harmonic and timeless colour combination. You can also combine the plate with ceramics in other colours or coloured glass for a lighter expression. The plate is a nice size for lunch, snacks or desserts, but you can also use it to display jewellery.
The plate is cleaned with warm water and soap but is also dishwasher proof. You can also use it in the microwave or freezer, but it is not suitable for oven use. The lunch plate is made from natural clay, which means that the unglazed exterior can get traces of usage over time. This is part of the design and will only give the plate character. The ceramic is safe for food, including acid.
The ceramic plate is available in the colours TERRACOTTA/RED, TERRACOTTA/LIGHT BLUE and IVORY/YELLOW and is also available as cups and bowls.
