Ice Poppy is part of a series of 7 paper flowers in 14 different colours from Studio About. It is crafted in collaboration with paper flower designer Labdecor and is the second collection of paper flowers. This collection consists of the following flowers: Palm, Pampas, Morning Glory, Grand Dahlia, Ice poppy and Clematis. This flower is made of solid-coloured crepe paper and mounted on a long, flexible green stem. You can easily shape the stem in any which way to achieve the form and length you desire.

 Ice Poppy is, as the name suggests, inspired by the beautiful red poppy, this variant is in ochre, but is also found in a rose version.

USE THE FLOWERS IN YOUR DECORATION

Use the paper flowers separately or together as bouquets. You can use your paper flowers in the same way you would use your natural flower. The difference is that your paper flower will last forever and does not need water. If you choose to combine your paper flower with natural/ordinary flowers, remember to protect the part of the flower that is in water.

Crepe paper flowers are also beautiful as part of your own styling and perfect as a gift for someone you care about.

BRING LIFE TO THE FLOWERS

The paper flowers from Studio About are handmade and carefully folded into a small box. When you receive the flower, you need to unfold the leaves yourself. You can choose whether the flower should be completely open or a little more closed.

The crepe paper is easy to shape and if you gently rub a thumb into a leaf you can give the leaf a slight curve. That way you can give your flowers a personal look and they will seem livelier and truer to nature.

Follow these 3 steps to unfold it completely:

• Carefully grab the flower head in the box and pull it out.
• Spread out the petals of the flower.
• To create more fullness, you can gently pull your thumb in the middle of a petal as it will become more curved.
