The FRAMELESS collection from Studio About is a series of transparent acrylic picture frames. Here you can get the frame with a transparent front and a transparent weakly colored back in an earth colour. 2 chicago screws hold the frame together and make it easy to change the motif. The frame is easily hung directly in one of the hollow screws.

Here, the acrylic frame is available in B2 size with a beautiful umber back, whose golden hue adds warmth and fits naturally into the Nordic decor.

FURNISHED WITH COLORED ACRYLIC FRAMES

The colored back of the frame highlights the artwork in a beautiful and elegant way and encourages playing with different color combinations and motifs. The acrylic frames are available in most standard sizes and it is therefore easy to get a beautiful and different framing of both posters, illustrations and lithographs.

CLEANING

You can easily dust off the frame with a cloth or polish it with ordinary glass cleaner.

You may find that the acrylic can bend slightly due to tension in the material, but you can easily correct this by turning the acrylic sheets so that they are facing each other. The front of the frame has UV protection, which protects your artwork from discoloration from the sun.

The FRAMELESS series was designed by architect Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen, who is one half of the creative duo behind Studio About.

UNPACKING

The frames are supplied with a clear film on the front and back, so that the frame is not scratched or scratched during transport.

• You open the frame by unscrewing the screws, one at the top and one at the bottom.
• Place your motif between the two sheets of acrylic. Screw the screws back on.
• Peel off the film on the front and back, use glass cleaner if the frame gets greasy.
• Hang the frame.

The frame has a colored back and a transparent front, but you can flip it however you want.
