Studio About has come out with a brand new TABLEWARE collection. The collection includes colored water glasses and wine glasses, and a beautiful ceramic frame in four colours. The ceramic cup is part of the ceramic series CLAYWARE, and is in the finest TERRAOTTA/LIGHT BLUE colour, which is just one of the four different colors to be found in the collection. The cup is glazed on the inside with a light blue glaze and on the outside the raw clay has been preserved. The ceramic cups come in a set of 2. and is perfect for your morning coffee, tea or whatever you fancy.
RAW CERAMIC CUP
The raw ceramic cup has a simplicity about it, and is very elegant in its entirety, but with the cup's raw exterior, it helps to give a new expression to the cup shelf. It will be perfect to cover up with, and can help create several different expressions, depending on what you mix it with. For example, you can mix the 2 cups in the package with other cups at home from the cupboard, or mix them with some of the other colors of the ceramic cups from our CLAYWARE series, thereby creating a more lively and colorful table.
The cups are made with the finest narrowed foot, which makes it easy to stack in the cupboard, drawer etc. It will give a feeling of luxury and fits perfectly into every home, including yours.
CLEANING
The cup can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. In addition, it is suitable for both the dishwasher, freezer and microwave. It cannot go in the oven. The cup is made of natural clay, which means that the unglazed parts will patina over time. This is part of the design and will simply give the cup character. The ceramics are approved for food, including acid-based foods.
The ceramic cup also comes in the colors TERRACOTTA/RED, IVORY/LIGHT YELLOW and SAND/GREY, and is also available as plates and bowls.
