Beautiful lunch plate in the color TERRACOTA/BLUE. The plate is part of the new TABLEWARE collection made of clay from Studio About, and comes in a set of 2 pieces. It is partially glazed so that the raw terracotta clay is preserved on the outside and the inside of the plate is glazed in a fine, light dove blue colour, which creates a playful and contrasting expression.
DOVE BLUE AND STYLISH CERAMICS
The partial glazing creates a tactile and textured feeling in the hands, giving a naked and luxurious look. The design is simple and timeless with a completely flat bottom and a small, narrow border, which will highlight your food in an elegant way. The ceramic plate's classic design, but playful color combination means that it fits in both a stylish home and a modern, colorful home. It will make any table setting look stylish, and you can make it even more festive by placing a paper flower wrapped around a napkin as a napkin ring on the plate or placing the plate on top of a larger plate in a different color. The ceramics are also beautiful with other materials such as colored glass.
The lunch plate can be used for smaller meals, desserts and cakes. When not in use, it can be stacked, but it can also be used as part of the decor and is decorative to have standing out front on a shelf or table. You can, for example, use it to place your jewelery or perfumes on.
CLEANING
The ceramic plate can be cleaned with warm water and soap or put in the dishwasher. In addition, it is microwave and freezer safe, but not suitable for the oven. It can be stacked to save space. The ceramics are approved for food, including acid-based foods. The ceramic plate is made of terracotta, which means that the unglazed parts can patina over time. This is part of the design and will simply give the plate character.
The lunch plate also comes in the colors IVORY/YELLOW, TERRAOTTA/RED and SAND/GREY, and is also available as bowls and mugs.
