The STANDING FLOWER BUBBLE vase is part of the mouth-blown glass series from Studio About. A series of glass designs that can be combined indefinitely. This version is in the most beautiful cyan also called petroleum.
The bubble vase is beautiful in all its simplicity and with a little piece of nature, it becomes even more beautiful. The elegant glass ball floats on a clear single glass cylinder. The vase is perfect for small delicate flowers, especially those you get from a friend or child who has picked them with short stems.
As light falls through the coloured glass, it creates dazzling shadows and new silhouettes. The round universe of glass vases offers an abundance of inspiring colours and, due to its size, it can be placed on even the smallest of surfaces.
All the vases are designed by architect Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen, who removes anything unnecessary from the design and creates simplicity that lasts for generations.
The glass is solid coloured, and all the glass vases are crafted from the durable glass type borosilicate. This type of glass is known from laboratories, as it is glass that can withstand high temperatures, is scratch and acid-resistant.
When choosing this type of glass, you have an object that can last for generations without losing its colour.
If your vase gets dirty and limescale appears, it can easily be cleaned with warm water and liquid soap – the glass can be cleaned with vinegar too, which easily removes the limescale.
The bubble vase, standing flower bubble is available in 3 variants. One tall, one low, and one with a larger opening. This vase is the tall model and is available in a range of colours: amber, cyan, blue and green.
