The STANDING FLOWER BUBBLE vase is part of the mouth-blown glass series from Studio About. A series of glass designs to be combined indefinitely. This version is in an elegant rose-coloured variant.
The bubble vase is beautiful in all its simplicity and combined with a little piece of nature it becomes even more beautiful. The elegant glass ball floats on a clear single glass cylinder. The vase is perfect for small delicate flowers, especially those you get from a friend or child who has picked with short stems.
When light falls through the coloured glass, it creates beautiful shadows and new silhouettes. The round universe of glass vases offers an abundance of inspiring colours and can, due to its size, be placed on even the smallest surfaces.
All vases are designed by architect Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen, who delicately removes everything unnecessary from the design and creates simplicity that lasts for generations.
The glass is solid coloured and all the glass vases are crafted from the highly durable glass type borosilicate. This type of glass is known from laboratories, as it will endure high temperatures, is scratch-resistant and can withstand acid.
By choosing this type of glass, you have a product that can last for generations and doesn’t lose its colour.
If your vase gets dirty and limescale appears, it can be easily cleaned with hot water and liquid soap. On top of that, it easily takes vinegar to remove the limescale.
The bubble vase, standing flower bubble is available in 3 versions. One tall, one low, and one with a larger opening. This vase is the tall model and is available amongst others, in the colours amber, cyan, blue and green.
