The FRAMELESS collection from Studio About is a collection of transparent acrylic picture frames. The frame consists of a transparent front and a blue back. Chicago screws hold the frame together, which makes it easy for you to change the design as often as you like. You can easily hang the frame in one of the hollow screws.
This acrylic frame with a stylish, pale blue background fits an A2 motif. The frame encircles the motif with a light, floating effect, giving full attention to your artwork. With the picture frame's stylish design, it blends in naturally with Nordic decor and fits in with both colourful and minimalist styles.
In addition to posters and photos, you can also use our acrylic frames creatively in your home decor. Try adding dried flowers and leaves, paper clippings or handmade collages to easily create a personal piece of art. Mix the picture frame with other types of frames and art for an eye-catching look.
As with all our collections, we encourage to play with innovation and classic objects. Try hanging the frame in your window and let the light shine through the beautiful blue background and your motif. The motif doesn’t need to have standard measurements, it just has to be thin. For example, you can experiment with mohair yarn in different shades or display a dried flower of crepe paper. Only your imagination sets the limits.
Our series of acrylic frames are available in many various colours and standard sizes, such as A5, A4, A3, A2 and B2. In addition, we also have two round frames. The frame itself will create a passe-partout for your motif.
You can easily dust the frame with a cloth and polish it with glass cleaner.
