PEONY in Mint is a handmade paper flower crafted from solid-coloured crepe paper and inspired by the peony’s distinctive flower shape. The many soft, gently waved petals are layered around the flower’s centre, creating a full and rounded flower head. The light mint green colour gives the flower a fresh and airy expression, while the different shapes and arrangements of the petals add depth and variation.

The flower is mounted on a flexible metal stem, allowing you to easily adjust both its height and direction to create an expression that suits your interior. PEONY is designed in collaboration between STUDIO ABOUT and LabDecor and brings together botanical inspiration, colour and craftsmanship in a decorative flower that lasts season after season.

Use PEONY on its own, or combine it with other PAPER FLOWERS in different shapes, heights and colours. Place the flower in one of STUDIO ABOUT's vases and create your own personal bouquet, which can be changed and rearranged again and again.

Bring your paper flowers to life

The paper flowers from STUDIO ABOUT are handmade and carefully folded into small tubes to protect them during transport. When you receive your flower, unfold the petals and shape them to give the flower its full expression. The crepe paper is easy to work with, allowing you to adjust the shape of the flower and add your own personal touch.

How to unfold your paper flower:

1. Gently hold the flower head and pull the flower out of the box.
2. Gently unfold the petals.
3. For more volume, gently run your thumb along the centre of each petal to give it more fullness and a natural curve.
