CLAYWARE PLATE is part of Studio About’s CLAYWARE series. Tallerkenen er fremstillet i naturligt ler og har et varmt terracotta-ydre, mens den glaserede inderside i dueblå tilfører kontrast og lethed. En afbalanceret farvekombination, der forener det jordnære med et mere grafisk og moderne udtryk.

The plate is crafted from natural clay and features a warm terracotta exterior, while the glazed interior in dove blue adds contrast and lightness. A balanced colour combination that brings together an earthy base with a more graphic and modern expression.

The plate is sold in sets of 2 and features a flat base with a narrow, subtle rim that highlights the serving in a simple and elegant way.
 

TIMELESS AND VERSATILE DESIGN

The calm form and distinctive colour combination make the plate suitable for a wide range of table settings. It fits naturally into both modern and more classic interiors and can be used on its own or combined with other colours from the CLAYWARE collection for a more personal and dynamic expression.

CLAYWARE PLATE is ideal for lunch dishes, smaller meals, desserts, and cakes. The plate can be stacked for easy storage and is equally beautiful displayed on a shelf or table when not in use.

The plate can be part of a complete CLAYWARE table setting alongside bowls, serving dishes, and cups — or used on its own as a simple yet characterful element in the table setting.

CLAYWARE PLATE is available in several colours: TERRACOTTA/BLUE, IVORY/YELLOW og SAND/GREY.
 

CLEANING AND MATERIAL

The ceramic is approved for food use, including acidic foods. The plate can easily be cleaned with warm water and soap and is suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. The plate is not suitable for oven use.

The plate is made from natural clay, meaning the unglazed areas will develop a patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of the material and contributes to each product’s unique expression. Variations may occur due to the firing process.
