CLAYWARE PLATE, LARGE is part of Studio About’s CLAYWARE collection. The plate is crafted from natural clay and features a warm terracotta exterior, while the glazed interior in dusty blue adds contrast and lightness. A balanced colour combination that unites an earthy base with a more graphic and modern expression.

The plate is sold in a set of 2 and has a large surface that gently rises into a wide, soft rim, highlighting the serving and allowing generous space for presentation.
 

TIMELESS AND VERSATILE DESIGN

The calm shape combined with the distinctive colour combination makes the plate suitable for many types of table settings. It fits naturally into both modern and more classic interiors and can be used on its own or combined with other colours from the CLAYWARE collection for a more personal and lively expression.

CLAYWARE PLATE, LARGE is ideal for main courses, larger meals, and elegant plating, but can also be used as a small serving dish for salads, fruit, or cakes. The plate is stackable for easy storage and is equally decorative when displayed on an open shelf or table.

The plate can be part of a complete CLAYWARE table setting ogether with bowls, serving dishes, and cups — or used as a single, characterful element in the table setting.

CLEANING AND MATERIAL

The ceramic is approved for food use, including acidic foods. The plate can easily be cleaned with warm water and soap and is suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. The plate is not suitable for oven use.

The plate is made from natural clay, meaning that the unglazed areas will develop a patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of the material and contributes to each product’s unique expression. Variations may occur due to the firing process.
