A beautiful lunch plate in the color TERRACOTTA/BLUE. The plate is part of the new TABLEWARE collection made from clay by Studio About, and comes in a set of 2. It is partially glazed, so the raw terracotta clay is preserved on the outside, while the inside of the plate is glazed in a fine, light dove-blue color, creating a playful and contrasting look.

 

DOVE BLUE AND STYLISH CERAMICS

The partial glazing creates a tactile and textured feel in the hands, giving a bare and luxurious look. The design is simple and timeless, with a completely flat base and a small, narrow rim, which will elegantly highlight your food. The ceramic plate's classic design, combined with its playful color combination, makes it suitable for both a minimalist home and a modern, colorful one. It will add style to any table setting, and you can make it even more festive by placing a paper flower wrapped around a napkin as a napkin ring on the plate or by placing it on top of a larger plate in a different color. The ceramics also pair beautifully with other materials like colored glass.

The lunch plate can be used for smaller meals, desserts, and cakes. When not in use, it can be stacked, but it can also be used as part of your décor and is decorative to display on a shelf or table. For example, you can use it to place your jewelry or perfumes on.

 

CLEANING

The ceramic plate can be cleaned with warm water and soap or placed in the dishwasher. It is also microwave and freezer safe but not suitable for the oven. It can be stacked to save space. The ceramics are approved for food use, including acidic foods. The ceramic plate is made of terracotta, which means the unglazed parts can develop a patina over time. This is part of the design and will only add character to the plate.

The lunch plate also comes in the colors IVORY/YELLOW, TERRACOTTA/RED, and SAND/GREY, and is available as bowls and mugs as well.
