SPRING IN THE AIR
When the wind is still cold and it's only warm in the direct sun, we love using the Flower tube vases for spring branches. So we can enjoy the arrival of spring indoors. We have expanded our vase collection and the Bubble Tube vase is absolutely perfect for a large bouquet of fresh branches mixed with daffodils or for slightly larger branches such as magnolia.
Here in March, most branches and bushes are springing with tense buds and flowers. If you take them inside, they will soon jump out and light up. Almost all kinds of branches will decorate inside, but here are a few of our favorites with the most beautiful buds:
- Cherry, white and pink
- Magnolia
- Mirabelle (scented)
- The acid
- Forsythia
- Goslings from the willow tree
SMALL TIPS FOR SPRING BRANCHES INDOORS
- Feel free to cut your branches with sharp scissors and make a clean slanted cut. If you break off the branch, you will reduce the ability to absorb water.
- Once the branches are in, place them in lukewarm water. The water must be changed approximately every other day so that it does not rot.
- If you have the space for it, you can extend their lifespan by keeping them cool at night.
Colored glass can do something special in interior design - it provides lightness and beautiful shadow plays in the sun. It gives the interior plenty of personality - both together with other vases and trinkets, but also with the flowers or branches you choose to style them with.
