Daisy is a handmade crepe flower. The flower is part of a series of paper flowers from Studio About made in collaboration with the artist Kristina Sørensen from Labdecor.

The paper flowers are available in 4 models in a range of 8 colours. They are made of solid-coloured light purple crepe paper and are also available in a burgundy variant.

USE PAPER FLOWERS IN YOUR DECORATION

Use the paper flowers individually or put them together to form bouquets. You can use your paper flowers the same way you would use a natural flower. The difference is that your paper flower lasts forever and does not need water. If you choose to combine your paper flower with ordinary flowers, remember to protect the part of the flower that is in water.

Crepe paper flowers also work beautifully as part of your own styling and as a gift for someone you care about.

USE THE FLOWERS CREATIVELY

In addition to the decorative properties of paper flowers, they are also both versatile and long-lasting. We have gathered some inspiration for how to use the paper flowers in different ways - either in your decor, on the table or as accessories.

The paper flowers have a flexible stem, and can easily fit both small and large vases - bend the stem a few times and use it in a small Standing Bubble or leave it in all its glory in the tall cylinder vase Flower Tube.

WHEN UNPACKING YOUR PAPER FLOWERS

The paper flowers from Studio About are handmade and gently folded in a small box. When you receive the flower, you must therefore unfold the leaves yourself. You can choose whether the flower should be completely open or a little more closed.

The crepe paper is also easy to shape and if you gently rub your thumb on a leaf, you can add a slight rounding to the leaf. This way you can give your flowers a personal expression and they will be livelier and truer to nature.

Follow these 3 steps to completely unfold it:

• Carefully grab the flower head in the box and pull it out.
• Spread the petals of the flower.
• To create more volume, you can gently pull your thumb in the centre of a petal, making them more curved.
• Additionally, you can choose to let a flower or two be slightly closed resembling a flower in bud.
