The FRAMELESS collection from Studio About is a series of transparent picture frames in acrylic. This frame here is with transparent front and slightly transparent coloured back. 2 Chicago screws hold the frame together and makes it easy to change any object within the frame. The frame is easily hung directly from one of the hollow screws.

Here you get the acrylic frame in B2 size with a beautiful umbra back with a golden hue to add warmth and naturally blend into the Nordic decor.

You can easily dust the frame with a cloth and polish it with glass cleaner.

You may experience the acrylic bending a bit due to tension in the material, but you can easily correct this by turning the acrylic sheets so that the tension is reversed. The front of the frame has UV protection that protects your artwork from discolouration from the sun.

The FRAMELESS series is designed by architect Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen, who is one half of the creative duo behind Studio About.

UNPACKING

The frames are delivered with a clear film on the front and back to prevent scratching or scuffing during transportation.

• To open the frame, unscrew the screws, one at the top and one at the bottom. 
• Place your image between the two acrylic plates. 
• Screw the screws back in. 
• Peel off the film from the front and back, use glass cleaner if the frame becomes greasy. 
• Hang up the frame.

The frame has a colored backside and a transparent front, but you can flip it as you wish.
